Kevin Kunze is an award-winning film director and editor currently residing in Berkeley. Kunze is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and director of the feature documentary MOBILIZE (2014), which premiered at the Castro Theatre.

Kunze was an assistant editor on TAKE ME TO THE RIVER (2014), which won the SXSW 24 Beats audience award. Kunze also served as a camera operator on the upcoming documentary THE UNIVERSITY, which raised $98,000 on Indiegogo.

His company, Kunze Productions, has directed videos for or in collaboration with Asics, College Track, Google, Iridescent, the Marin Symphony Youth Orchestra, the Meta Company, NASA Ames, Outside Lands, Singularity University, and Skywalker Ranch.

Kunze has extensive film production experience with the following cameras: Red One EPIC, JVC GYs, DSLR 5Ds/7Ds, GoPro Hero3+, Panasonic P2, and numerous other models. Kunze has post-production experience with the following programs: After Effects, Final Cut Pro 7 – X, Premiere, Motion, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, MPEG StreamClip, GoPro Studio, DVD Studio Pro, Photoshop, and additional editing software.
