    Hi Mike,
Thanks again.I think I have it related to one particular file containing TS files.
If I stay away from that one it is now working fine.

Will check out the link you sent me.

    Thanks ,
    Kevin.

    Mike ,
    More problems.
My initial problem was SVP12 770 Opening then the Magix pop up appears asking me to upgrade to SVP 14, I would go to file in UI to select and place a video file (type not relevant) as soon as I clicked same Vegas pop up error box appears (see attachment) saying it has to close and report what I was doing.
I have deleted Vegas app cache, and it fixed the problem I shut down pc went to bed went to use it again Monday night and have the same problem.
I uninstalled from my HD Re installed from my disk and just updated thanks to you and your link to 770 patch

I am now back where I started with same problem again. Is Magix trying to force SVP 12 users to update to 14 by disabling 12?

Have you heard of my problem before or do you have any ideas as to what might be causing it ?

    Thanks for your time,
    Kevin.

    Hello John,
I have VPRO 12,If I was not too fussed as to the gains in rendering times would the nvidia card be as good ?

I just want to do a straight swap and still have everything else continue to work.

The card I have (Quadro FX 580) is not open cl1.1 “or higher” I have to upgrade in order to have my mxf files read in Sony Catalyst Browse, it reads other formats but not my Canon MXF Files unless I re render them as Sony MXF files in VPRO12.
If I do that they are read by Catalyst.

    Thank you .
