    Still having the same problem, tried the above solution from Matt Bisson but sadly no joy. Any more developments on this or is it just another thing to add to the downfall of the mighty apple?

    It’s a very annoying issue.

    Thanks, the properties do match the clip which is why I’m a bit baffled. But I will have a go with the lower playback quality.

    No, I think I have explained it wrong. The sequence would be 1,2,1,2,3,2,3,4,3,4,5,4,5,6,5 and so on.

    When watching in QuickTime if you go frame by frame you’d press the arrow keys like this -> -> <- -> -> <- -> -> <- etc…
