    4.open Sony Crative software

    >Sony Vegas video plug-in pack
    >Lang > vfx1.lang
    >Vegas Movie studio HD platinum
    >Lang > ULangID
    >Video Capture
    >Lang > vidcap60.lang

    5.right click > Modify
    6.replace 419 to e
