No, up-rezing images from YouTube is going to be VERY difficult if not impossible as they are already highly compressed images. Even a fractal algorithm is not going to do much.

You’re right. We’ve rebranded the Broadcast Design forum as the “How do I…?” forum. They’ll probably be listed in both places for awhile so that people who were used to the old listing will still be able to find it (as well as for the search engines).
