Ok I installed all of the plugins on the list except for “Sphere” which it says comes with the package, but for some reason I’m missing it?

And I’m getting this error – “Cannot access the AMA media stream plugin to play this clip”

I get the error when I double click to play back, and when I try to transcode.

Definitely. I’m working off of an external hard drive my producer used for subclipping (he saved the bins and I relinked the clips). I can AMA link to them but can’t play them back. I think I narrowed it down to 2 plugins I’m missing.

Ok, I’m wondering if it’s the Alexa plugin I need. It seems I have to make a login in order to download it but I’ll give it a try.
