Resolved.
I kept reading the error report and it seemed to say it wasn’t having issues moving and transforming something. (I could be dead wrong)

But I decided to try deleting a section where I had layered up a few effects and had the image spinning on Z axis with he help of a plugin.

Cut that out and haven’t crashed since. <3

Currently, yes. I’d been given fcpx by a friend a number of years ago and then was going to upgrade recently, but it gave me a three month trial so I’m currently running that.

I haven’t had crash issues In other libraries. This one just suddenly went nuts and crashes every fifteen seconds.

Any thoughts on how to attack something that’s library specific?

And as a follow-in. It seems to be pretty project specific.
I’ve opened old projects and had no issues with similar crashing.

The project I’m working on isn’t horrifyingly complicated. Only like 6-7 minutes with simple transitions and a few split screens.

Sorry team,

This is the example. Obviously some of the more xcomplex and multifaceted animations would be portable to a simple ‘transition’ push in and out. But if I was just wanting to do the simplified versions, I wonder if it couldn’t be made to work,

Sorry for digging out an old thread. Just passing by and found this. Can you elaborate a bit more about using a high pass paired with Luma key? Is that somethingthinf you can publish back into fcpx?

As in, should I preemptively drag out, and manually retime the files to 120 fps, or will the data for the additional frames still stay put.
