Thank you for your reply. The quality from my canopus just wasn’t up to snuff for me so I was hoping to go component any way possible. I’m still having this problem, even with a new card. Sony Capture just won’t let me select the card.

I understand it was captured wrong. What my question was is how can I render that footage correctly at 29.97 without it falling out of sync.

They are indeed 30 frames per second.
