To answer your question, it took about 4 solid 8 hour days to finish. To match the dialogue, I tried to find shots where the characters said words that started with the same letter as the dialogue in the trailer. This seemed to help sell the effect. Most times the rest of the sentence wouldn’t fit perfectly, but close enough.
