    First, Premiere Pro CS5 a video editing and making software. And VOB is not one of the formats supported by Premiere Pro. So if u wanna edit yr movie in it, u can convert it into the format which it supports, like AVI, MPEG-2. U can use rersoft’s vob converter. Since the file that u have is a MPEG movie, so I recommend u to choose the output format as MPEG, and choose the MPEG-2 as video compression by clicking the Edit button.
