I had no problems in searching and posting in the forum:
https://www.adobe.com/support/forums/index.html

To participate in the discussions you will have to go through a one-time registration process and then log on whenever you want to visit the forums. Go to this link (https://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?18@@) to register. You will be asked to supply a User Name, a password, and a valid email address.

Everything described in the HELP.

There is a bug in the default Audio crossfade “constant power”.
I substituted all of those crossfades in my project with “hand made” ones – the project exports without errors!
