Hi!, you have to get into the Interpret footage menu (right click in your imported MPEG file) then over the Fields and Pulldown section, click the two buttons that start with “Gues..” you have to adjust the fields of your imported file in order to play it right… then it should preview smoothly. Hope it works, did for me 😀 After Effects CS4
