Nevermind I think I found it. Went to sequence, changed the Field Dominance to none and I selected Apple Pro Res 422(HQ). Is this all I had to do in Final Cut Pro?

“Make the sequence Settings ProRes. Change the Field Dominance to NONE…rerender.”
Is all of this done through Compressor?
I’ve never done any of this before. I’m also using Final Cut 6.

My render settings are 1080i. I didn’t convert any of the footage. It was shot with the iPhone 5. All the rest of the scenes are perfect. There’s just about 3 or 4 short shots that have those lines.
Also when I preview it on my mac (highlight and hit spacebar) the lines dont show

Thank you everyone for the posts and suggestions I will try them. I think I got the spilling for unbalanced lighting. It didn’t help that the instruments I was using were shiny either. I should’ve had more light coming from the sides and bottom. I haven’t tried a mattes flagging or color smoothing. Are there any video tutorials on how to do these that you can forward me to? Thank you all!
