This response is probably too late, but…You could try this:

1. Export the two frames where the jump occurs. Bring into After Effects.
2. Put on timeline and enable Time remapping (right click on the frame clip).
3. Change Project settings and extend the sequence to two seconds. Stretch clip out.
4. Enable frame blending. (check little box button on timeline)
5. Make sure Pixel Motion is enabled under Layer – Frame Blending
6. Apply the Time warp effect to the clip and play with Speed and Vector Detail. After Effects will interpret the best match between the two frames.
7. Export and bring back into project and use the interpolated frames to fill the gap.

Depending on how big of a jump results will vary, but it’s worth a try.
