I have not used the cloud apps myself but I can give you a few options that I use on our machines when things are running strange… Take note that this will delete all of your actions and preferences so save all your actions and write down your custom settings. Also you may want to copy and save your custom plug-ins to another directory if they are lost in the fix.
This is assuming you are on an Apple leopard or above as you did not give system specs
1) hold option key and navigate to the “go” menu at the top of finder(top of your window on operating system)/ option will allow you to see the “library” directory”
2) select library from menu
3)inside library go to “preferences folder”
4) using search bar type in “adobe”, on left hand side narrow search to this folder by clicking “preferences
5) select all of these files and move them to trash
6) empty trash
7) use command = shift+command+U to open utilities and click disk utility
8) verify disk and then repair disk
9) restart computer immediately when done
10) re-install actions and any other preferences you need.Hope this helps

April 27, 2012 at 5:13 pm in reply to: Reference monitor Saying “HDMI Out Of Range” 33.7khz/30hzMostly our videos are viewed online not in a theatre or even a decent home theatre. Im just really trying to have some of the basics for production. I understand this is not the ideal card and I will be getting the higher end card later. Maybe there should be 3 forums. Resolve Lite;Resolve;Small businesses with budgets that still like Resolve:)
What business are you guys in?

April 27, 2012 at 3:47 am in reply to: Reference monitor Saying “HDMI Out Of Range” 33.7khz/30hzOk. I figured this out. The monitor could not support 50hz so I set this to 25hz and now playback is beautiful in 1080p. Hope this helps someone else.
Peace

April 27, 2012 at 3:40 am in reply to: Reference monitor Saying “HDMI Out Of Range” 33.7khz/30hzI have 8 macs. 5 imacs and 3 mac pro’s. This is on my pc which has dual GTX580 and hexa core 4.2 sandy bridge. Im running the Resolve I just bought for 1k. Is this the lite version? I dont get this? I understand the intensity pro is not the best card but I was assured it would output 1080p, and if we had an endless budget in this recession I would pick up a RED Epic and the 30k Davinci board too:) We have so many workstations and we are not doing TV or blockbusters, we are a very small business. I really think this card should output 1080p as it says this in the marketing. I appreciate you trying to direct me to an answer and it does not help saying my kit is un-professional. This seems more like ego than constructive. Just my take.
Peace

April 8, 2012 at 9:13 pm in reply to: Where do you put custom LUT in Resolve (Windows 7)I got it. This folder is actually hidden by default on Windows 7. You have to go to windows explorer and select “organize” than “view” and click show hidden folders.
Thank you!
