Same exact problem here. Any luck at all in getting this to work? We are having the same issue on multiple BM cards/devices and multiple computers (both old and new Mac Pros).

Hi Dennis,

I am having the exact same issue as you and have yet to determine what the issue is. I run a post house and have 5 Mac Pros but the ONLY machine that is consistently crashing is my new 2 x 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon. Just like you, I have a 5770 graphics card, ample RAM, and a BlackMagic Multibridge Eclipse card. It doesn’t seem to be a codec issue, as the same thing happens with ProRes, XD, or animation.

Bottom line – something seems to be wrong with this machine and I can’t figure it out. It crashes all the time, preceded by flickering footage. Have you had any luck with this? Anyone else? This is driving me crazy!
