    Was a solution ever found?
    I’m running a very similar machine, ryzen 1700 (OC’d to 1700x speeds) and a gtx1060.
    I’m guessing it’s something to do with the AMD chips, considering this is the only other instance I’ve seen of the issue.
    Any solutions yet?
