You could make something extremely similar to that with Video Copilot’s plugin called Twitch.

Yeah, for a short term solution you should be able to get by as long as you’re not editing like 4K footage or something. The graphics card will also hinder you from running some popular third party plugins, but if I needed that computer and knew it was only a short term solution, I’d get by with it!
