Aha! After weeks of struggling, I’ve got something which is quite an easy fix.

If I go into Device Manager, and disable my graphics card, C4D opens fine, but I’m stuck at 640×480 and a severely hampered copy of the program which has no OpenGL support running. However, if I head back into Device Manager while the program runs and re-enable my GPU, it’s all fine and fully working again in the right resolution.

As I said in my post, this doesn’t work. I’ve attempted ever iteration of the GeForce driver since my card was released, and custom drivers do not work, either.

That’s amazing, Dan, works right off the bat: also gives me a new platform to learn from by dissecting this example code. Many, many thanks.

Aye, I guess that could be a decent way to get around it. Thanks for the help: I’ve also found in the last couple of days that I can save the entire project uncompressed, and use Quicktime itself to convert to a decent file format.

Ah, sorry about being unclear there: the 3,4,5 was to indicate that I’ve had the same problem with each version of After Effects and Premiere, I’ve never had them all installed simultaneously.

This isn’t a problem with which audio I use: I’ve tested with multiple files, whether it’s compressed audio being imported or raw, there’s no issue with sync inside AE. The problem only arises when I’ve exported the Quicktime file, and then, the problem is only in the Quicktime application.
