When i allow all media to match the first why would it habe NTSC on properties

I don’t have youtube. the pixelated part starts before the car and continues to the water. But the last keyframe is on the car reg

I don’t see edit. I should have said the car is not at the start but the pixelated part is. the car reg plates then drives across it. I only wanted the pixelate to start when the reg plates appears

Would it be good idea to make photos 16×9 aspect ratio in photoshop first?. I did a zoom pan with a non 16×9 but used the 16×9 preset in vegas but still you can see beginning of bars as it goes through the motion
