I try to clarify this. I have to correct a video error from a source video. We have to work on a Premiere sequence which must be started at 01:00:00:00 tc (first frame of timecode). In this 25 fps project they found an error at TC 01:00:23:04.
They need an exact Timecode (TC) from the original source which is a 24 fps source, and as I checked the original source video, the video TC start is (first frame of timecode) is 00:57:00:00. So I imported the original video, set the sequence to 24 fps and timeline start time to 00:57:00:00

My question is, as I opened the original source video with the right TC 00:57:00:00 in Premiere and with the right fps (24), where can I find (What is the exact TC of) the same error (01:00:23:04) as in the 25 fps project which TC 01:00:00:00 start time code?

The different in the 2 timecode sequence (both the 25 fps and 24 fps) is 00:03:0:00 (3 minutes)

Also, if there is a similar problem, how can I solve this in detailed steps?
