Under Compressor it just says ‘Fraps (Perian)’ (I recored my footage using Fraps). Data rates are all between 10-15mb/s, 30 fps.

Just as poor, I’ve exported it at full quality and see the same results.

It’s set to compress as ‘DV/DVCPRO – NTSC’, Frame Size: 720×405, Pixel Aspect Ratio: ‘RTSC – CCIR 601/DV (720×480), Field Dominance: Lower (Even). Though now that you mention it I’ve only ever dealt with DV footage before and never had an issue with these settings modifying only the frame size.

What setting might you recommend I use? I’ll admit that I’m rather unknowledgeable regarding the matter and am looking for quick solution rather than a bunch of research, so any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
