I don’t own the camera. But according to the manual, you can record MPEG-4 files which are importable to Premiere, Vegas, etc. Check out Page 61.

I absolutely concur on the overpriced RAM. Like cruise ships, Dell counts on making money from the impulsive/”convenient” extras. I bought my RAM from Crucial and saved a bundle. Works for me ’cause I run tons of DMCC apps at the same time.

Yes, you can drag pages around in the outline view but their links will retain the original order.
