Great screen cap! The deeper I dive into Vegas the more I’m convinced its the best NLE; despite it’s black-sheep reputation. Because it’s roots are in audio first it is the most intuitive app I’ve ever worked with.

Working in Vegas, but I have Audition which I didn’t think of. Recorded line feed with microphone setting on camera. Stupid mistake for someone with my experience.

Same problem here: H.264 file will not burn; gives me error messages. No problem with MPEG2. I see that the MPEG4 file is superior, but my burner will not cooperate at all. I’ll try to study the points made by Stephan to see if I can get it to work, but I’m late on delivery of this job and I’ve got burn what I can.

NM. It’s because it was too compressed on the Encore timeline. I have to zoom in all the way for it to run smoothly. I haven’t made a disc yet because I have to synch the audio.

Jeff, I’m rendering an AVC instead of an MPEG-2 and although my render is very long it’s significantly shorter, and my CPU isn’t working as hard. Thanks, man… Now lets hope Encore will accept it.
