Thanks so much Martin. If in the case that OWC Support is unresponsive or even closes my thread like they did on my first try to contact them back in November / December (all they do is tell you to email their Bru email address, which doesnt respond to anything because they’re closed), could I take the actual LTO drive out from the Mercury Pro enclosure and place it into a Magstor enclosure to make a dual LTO or a Netstor <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>NS372TB3?

    Hey Eli,

Thanks for the heads up. OWC support has taken more than 2 months to even get to reply to my inquiry. Dealing with them is an absolute travesty, I want to return my drive as I cannot have it work at all. This is a video I just sent their support: https://youtu.be/PZ2cfR_ae58

Martin, I have a computer that does work with the drive, so it does have the right drivers, it is showing LSISAS3004, TLR is supported, ALL, SAS9300-4i, 016.000.001.000. How do I download this driver for the Mac? If this doesnt work I need to go with a Magstor drive or something, my business simply cannot handle this dysfunction with OWC.

Hello, I have been talking with Martin from Yoyotta in emails about my LTO trouble, but I have a Mercury Pro LTO drive that I used to use with a 2017 iMac and myLTO software. It was OK. I now have an M1 Max MacBookPro and for the life of me I cannot get the ATTO SAS Drivers to load on my computer. OWC v2.6 driver bundle installed. They’re installed, but they just won’t load on startup. Under PCI in System Information, the system says a SAS device is connected, but the driver is not installed. I cannot use this Mercury Pro LTO drive at all. Is it supposed to be working on M1 Max? Because it’s not for me. Even worse is the OWC support strung me along for more than a week before closing my ticket and telling me to email another OWC address. I dont understand how that even works. Is it over for me to use this drive? I cannot read any of my archived data now.
