If I were you I would try 30p for the entire wedding.
It is a compromise between the the 24p and the 60i.
I would stay away from purposely creating two frame rates. During post one of them will have to be transcoded to the other somewhere during that process.
By the way, where during the wedding do you shoot slow motion?

Your question could mean one of several things. I will address the meaning I think you have.If you have multiple clips from one camera, or from more than two cameras, you can sync them using timecode.
The clips must have the timecodes in them to begin with.
It is a sneaky procedure, I will elaborate, if this is what your question is.

I used file scavenger on my windows based server to recover a ton of files I deleted.
The fm128 looks like a hard drive to the OS. So it works for the memory devices also.
I am not a mac person so I cannot comment on the one he mentioned, but can vouch for “File Scavenger.” I seem to remember that the trial version would tell me which files it found before I had to purchase the software.

In my humble opinion you are wasting your time trying to get a different camera to match up.
You could spend a lot of time and money, but the only way to tell for sure is to line them up and compare them.
On the NX5U there are a number of profile controls. Have you tried creating a custom profile to match the third camera you bought?Also, Some switchers allow you the ability to prefilter the signal with color correction before the switching to try and match cameras.

It seems like there is a function on the camera to repair file structure or something.
If that doesn’t work, I would call sony tech support.
I think that going to the memory unit is a good thing.
If the video clips are super high importance, I have also done the following. 1. using a binary editor 2. Opened up the bad file 3. Copy the data portion. 4. Open up a copy of a readable file 5. Paste the data portion from the bad file into the data section of the readable file. 6. Save.

I have been enjoying the Manfrotto 028B sticks.
They allow me to telescope up to about 9 feet in a jiffy, although I don’t usually go that high. I get get above the heads of people in front of me.

Hi Rick,
I have also had my eye on this camera since they preannounced it in November.
The large sensor size seems very appealing.
I was not at NAB, so I did not see it, just the literature.
As an engineer, it appears that they targeted those people who have already been using DSLRs for shooting video, rather than targeting video guys who want a large sensor size. Since DSLRs don’t have built in ND filters, this may not either. (I don’t know)
Why is built in filter a deal breaker? For people who would have used a DSLR the way to reduce the light is either an external filter, or shoot at a higher speed. Shooting at a higher speed is certainly quicker to change and would seem to have the same effect.
