  • Im also having trouble finding a good tutorial to walk me through the return from fcp x to resolve. I’ve imported the XML file, but I want to ensure that I can connect the proxies back to the .dngs/raw footage before I get into color correction. Can anyone help out with this or post a good tutorial (possibly video) that to help out step by step.

Does this mean that you are using another computer with resolve on it? I’m having the same issue (on v10.1), but probably for different reasons. The end result is the same. It’s kinda frustrating cause i realize the only way to fix this is start again on a new comp, but I dont have access to one.

I have been having the same issue and I’m under deadline. If someone could please write out the steps to fix it would be a lifesaver.

    MACHINE
    OSX v10.93
    2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
    16GB 1600 MHz DDR3

    PROGRAM
    Davinci Resolve 10.1

Same issues as mentioned above. Re-installing does not help. In fact, I can’t create a new user at all. When I ‘create’ the new user, nothing happens. And somehow the database was disconnected, my user status lost. I have all the footage, I just need to access the program again (RT from FCPx) so I can begin color correction and connect to raw footage for export.
