I am also experiencing this. Did you ever figure out what was doing it? It’s like its catching up to any changes, or the video transition is leaving an noisy audio fizz in the timeline and has leftovers, even after export.
I cleared all keyframes, and that seemed to work a little. I am rendering now, and will let you know if that worked. I have not seen many other people with this problem, and no answers yet…
