When I try to run the diagnostic test I get this error message: OPEN M6000 KERNAL ERROR [-12000]! Does anybody know what this error is and how we go about fixing it?

Thanks Justin and Rob for replying to this message so soon. I will let you know if running this newer version of diagnostics solves the problem.
