  • I made a backup version three months ago. Most of the work I did has been since then, which is a lot of grading.

Sending the project to BMD sounds like a good idea, in fact, it’s probably the only option I have now. Thanks for your reply, Mike.

By the way, does anyone have any experience with data recovery software like Photorec and Data Rescue? I’m using them to look for past instances of my Project.xml file, but so far I am only finding the most recently saved version of it.

    Ho Lucie,

Did you ever find a solution to your problem?

I’m in the same boat as you, and I’ve lost six months of work.

Is there a way to load a previous save somehow?

    Hi Dan,

Did you ever find a solution to you problem?

I am in the same boat as you were. My disk was full when I saved my project out of habit.

This thread is pretty old, but maybe someone or yourself still check this forum once in a while? 😀

Does anyone have an answer to this?

I’m currently doing a project with a huge amount of nodes, and it’s a traumatizing experience having to change the output gain on every single node separately. It seems like I shouldn’t need to do this, given how advanced this program is.

  • I can load a new project without the program crashing. The problem occurs when I load a Resolve 9 Lite project in Resolve 11.

Thank you for the tip though, I’ll use that workaround if happen to encounter the same problem as you had.

May 23, 2016 at 12:47 pm in reply to: Compressor 4 add multiple image sequences

    Thanks for you reply Dave,

My question was in a slightly different context.

I am aware that compressor is a great tool for Batch processing, however, I can’t figure out how to specifically add multiple image sequences with one click.

My sequences are all in separate folders.

Should I put them all in one folder and add them as one sequence?

I’ve tried dragging the folder sin to compressor, that didn’t work. I’ve tried selecting multiple folders in the ‘Open Image Sequence’ dialog, but the program doesn’t let me do that. So I’m scratching my head over this one.

My mistake, I meant to say move the Gamma, not the Gain.

Rakib, I think I know what you mean by “this LOOK”. It seems your task is very simple.

add a new serial node at the end of your node tree, go to your color wheels and move the gain slightly “southeast” into the blues.

  • That’s a good point glenn, I guess I got lucky and didn’t get an opportunity to save in v11.

I have seen numerous examples of Resolve 11 working fine on systems identical to mine (Macbook Pro 15″) so It’s not a graphics card issue.

Has anyone had their pfojects crash after upgrading V9 to V11?

I have the same problem with 5D H.264 footage. Tried all the deliver settings, but shots get delivered with no audio.
