Second Problem
Try this;
Go to Preferences, Media category, under Media Cache Database select Clean.This database is on the same drive as the applications, you cannot change it, it does fill up with a lot of Premiere and Media Encoder use.

If your green screens are clean then Ultrakey in Premiere will do a very good job. If you need more finessing and fine-tuning then use Keylight in AE.

It sounds like you need to export each frame or export a clip as a Sequence of Frames and take them into Photoshop to create the final stacked image you need. I don’t think there is a plug-in for this type of action.

I’ve made the same mistake before, I just had to go in and make new titles as Ann suggested. They will come out better than scaling.

Check your Media Cache Database, it is shared by Premiere and Media Encoder. Clean it out.

Highlight all the clips you want in one sequence, copy (Command C). Go to your other sequence and paste (Command V) or (Shift Command V) if you want to put it in the middle of the sequence and shove everything down the timeline to the right.
Pay attention to to what tracks you have targeted. the blue/yellow highlights on the the V1, V2, A1, A2, etc. That is the tracks it will start placing you paste on.

Change one clips SCALE to 100% in the Effects Controls and under the Motion settings. Highlight that clip in the timeline and COPY it. Then highlight all the other clips you want to scale up, right click, and select Paste Attributes. Only check the MOTION box in the pop up window. This should bring all your clips back to 1920×1080.
Note – if you have done any scaling or key framing on the clips it will override them. Select wisely.

If his head never crosses in front of it, you can export a still of the shot, take it in to Photoshop, clone over the area, then cut out a small bit of that area to make a simple mask on a track above the clip in Premiere.
