Thanks for the suggestion. So I tried using the de-interlace filter option on the pulled stills in Photoshop, but that still didn’t help either. What is curious is that if I zoom them back to 100% (filling the entire frame) in Premiere, the shake goes away (with the deinterlacing turned on of course). It is only when they are zoomed down to a smaller size that they seem to be jittery.
