I tried MSP 12 x64. The workflow was easy, but I’m unhappy with the quality of the render once written to BD. I used original GoPro Hero 1920x1080x30 videos, and rendered it as Sony AVC 1920x1080x60 16mbps. It took about 6 hours for the entire process of rendering the video, the audio, creating the compilation & burning the disc, not even using DVD Architect Studio. I did have some text overlays, dissolves, audio adjustments, etc, in the compilation.
I’ll need to re-test using DVDAPro, but I seem to recall it being much faster than that. But I only did what DVDA allowed me to do natively without using Vegas 11 Pro.
At any rate, the video is a bit blurry and blocky. Unless there is a way to get better video out of MSP12, I’m not happy with it.
