Hello Mark thank you for your answer.
No, the blank frames appear randomly and in the project I hardly used transitions, so they are just simple cuts. Any idea what could it be?

I think the problem is that Im working two different projects in the same computer, one is HD and the other one is DV. When I opened the DV project the sequence settings from the HD remained and changed the size of the clips. When I realized it, I changed the sequence settings but the clips would not go back to their normal size.
I rendered and all of the clips are zoomed in, and behaving as if they where HD but they are DV. Do you know how can I take them back to their original size? -
