Hi Todd, thanks for the input. I’ve tried many times as you instructed, but still could not. What might be wrong in the install? But I think the install process and the procedures I had done the right way. In the Adobe Premiere CS5, if there are presets that do not appear then it will automatically reinstall. I just use adobe premiere pro cs6. when i open, the presets do not appear sequance all presets, only a small fraction appearing as DV, DVCPRO. I want to ask, what is wrong in this? thank you
