    Try to change your virtual memory. Right click on My computer>Properties>Advanced>Performance>Advanced>Virtual memory>set your max and min to the same value e.g. 1024; 1024 and reboot and run the render again!

    Yes, I just figured that out 🙂
    I tried again but this time as MPEG-2 which is the camera’s format as well and the file size is reasonable. My previous experiments were as .AVI.

    Thanks for your response!

    I am rendering it as final project to the hard drive in order to be able to have it available in case I have to transfer it to my camcorder and watch it as High Definition (I don’t have blu-ray burner nor yet)
