Ok, so I matched the project properties to the project file and it still rendered with visible interlace lines. I can’t get rid of them!

Haha …I was NOT referring to the blue line. I dropped the opacity purposely because I am merging a full stage shot with a close up shot of the same dance. It’s only half way finished because of the issue I was having with the interlace lines. Thanks for your help, I will try the match fix and let you know how I make out.

Well you were right, I did have it set to none, but then I changed it to blend and rendered a small loop and STILL getting the lines. I don’t understand why my first complete render came out fine? Here’s a screencap of my project properties:
