  • Yes, and it hasn’t worked. I will have the person who rendered the video originally in QT Pro try re-rendering the video and make sure he uses the ‘prepare for internet streaming’ option. Thanks for your suggestions/help ~Jeff

    I didn’t realize this thread was only for people running Windows. It seems that I’m having the same issue as the original poster, the index files are at the back-end of the video so it will not start in the JWPlayer until fully loaded. I start with a .mov file that I’ve tried converting in both Handbrake and Miro to an .mp4 and a .m4v file but neither starts playing ’til fully loaded

    Googling does not turn up anything that will swap the index file to the front that opens/works with my operating system OS X 10.5.8. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • The utilities mentioned in this thread are for people using Windows, I’m using a Mac. Does anyone know of a utility that will work for me? Thanks in advance.
