The op was about increasing the gain on a headsets Mic output only. Not the audio output

hey guys, fyi i bought the radioshack amp mentioned, and it does NOT work in boosting the mic volume. nothing happens when you plug in the mic, neither with the speaker itself or when using the output jack. too bad. if anyone else has any ideas, please let me know

Interesting, but he talks about an analog to digital amp. I don’t think I want digital, I just want an inbetween thing, between the mic cable output on the headset to the mic input, to boost the volume of my voice.

hi steve, did you end up getting the amp? did it solve your problem?

i too am wanting to increase the volume level of my voice/mic coming from the 3.5 mic end of my headset, which too has the two 3.5 male connectors. Please let me know
