I solved the problem by changing the “logon as” user for the tomcat service (ive put an account that have network access credentials) and granted that account the right to be used in the “logon as” field of the service by GPO.

Is that proxy path in the settings that you’ve blacked out the same as the proxy path in the client?
    Yes it is the same
Also, does the web server have access to that path?
Yes it have access to that path (i use a saved network password) and it is the same as the desktop app

By using a local proxy it worked so the problem is with network proxies. how to make the web server access network paths?

    For info:
    – the proxies are on a linux drive bay but i tried different paths on different machines (even machines that aren’t on the domain)and the result is always the same “DOESN’T EXIST”
    – we are using PCs for app and web interface.
    – we are on a windows domain.
    – account i use is a local admin on a server that is on a domain.
    Thanks for your help
