That’s still not what I’m looking for. I did play with those lights the other day, found them under a different category. I really just want a light to sweep across the words. Boris has a light sweep but I can’t get it to work in MC7. BCC8 seems to not have quite as many options to it as it had on the DS side.

Thank you! I will try that Monday morning.

I can’t help you with this, but along the same lines, I’d like to be able to import my old Filemaker database into CatDV. So maybe whoever answers you can help me too!

I’m interested to know about this also.

Thanks for responding Jeff. We ended up having to download an earlier version and then copy v7 into 6 and it worked.

No error messages, it just disappears. I’ve started saving after every couple of records otherwise I lose everything in the crash. When I start it back up it comes up with an untitled recovery mode, but all the info I’ve added is gone. The memory indicator in the bottom right corner has been in the blue, no red warnings.

So Bryson, you’re saying that the feature can’t be added to CatDV?

I don’t really need to use the metadata paste because I do bulk entry of all the common data. I would want the past-info-from-previous-record to do perhaps 3 or 4 records with the same description or notes.
