Thanks, Christopher. It’s a video file that I saw play on the client’s Windows machine. It wasn’t compatible with Windows Media Player, but was launched using a file called “Player_Launcher.exe”.

Thanks, Ann. I have Photoshop CS5, but it doesn’t recognize the files, either. If I were able to open the files using Photoshop, would saving them as a psd allow me to see/edit the video shot by my client?

The file extension is .psf but there’s also what appears to be a corresponding file called .pst

I’m on a Mac and am not trying to import via a media browser. In fact, I can’t find a program that recognizes the files.

I should note that I’m using Premiere 6.0.5 … thx again for your help.
