Sorry I can’t give any screen shots due to confidentiality issues. I am running Mac OS X 10.7.5. I am having the same issue in both current versions of CS6 and CC. And the footage is generally Prores but it seems to be happening no matter what I pull in.

So it is displaying blue channel only and it is also stretching and skewing the footage without doing anything to the dimensions of the footage. If that makes sense.
