Ok! I will give it a shot… however, does anyone know how to loop a layer by moving it off the screen while having the the image restart on the opposite side of the screen?

Also, Radial Shaddow is a great effect to use. You just apply it directly to the source layer and it leaves a very nice shaddow (you can adjust the blurriness to zero to get a crisp shaddow). Then, uncheck the box (i forget the name) that controls whether or not the actual image is shown or not.

I dont know if this would work or not, but what if you tried bringing the original object off the actual screen, put the light source outside of the object in relation to the visible screen, and just cast the shaddow from an extreme angle so the “invisible” object is actually just off the screen.

Ok, well… I went ahead and did it just with a still picture, and it really doesn’t look that much different as compared to using a movie. But for future references, I would like to know how to integrate a movie into it… and I know I used an alpha channel. I must be missing something simple. Thanks for the help!

Great, Thanks! I will give it a shot just using one frame. It should have fairly the same effect, I think. But I am just confussed, because the tutorial went through in detail how to make the movie, and then use the movie as the bubble. But still, it didnt work. I also watched another tutorial that was through particle playground that used a movie to replace the particles. I know my movie used an alpha channel, but it might have been lost rendering it as a .mov. Am I on track with this at all?
