Finally an answer! Yet interesting this is never mentioned by anyone in their tutorials when exporting multiple channel output not naming anyone whom are supposed industry experts.
The -3dB reduction on output finally solved when using Premiere Pro, thanks Hillary! 🙂

YES! I’m so glad someone else has noticed, I have raised the Issue with Black Magic Design, please also raise the issue too! As they have said they cannot find any issue which we have experienced.
