I have a split personality, professionally speaking. I'm a digital marketer and a [mostly indie] filmmaker [who also sometimes gets paid to work on bigger productions]. I'm enthusiastically engaged in both. I believe a good producer is a good producer, no matter the medium. I've been climbing the Digital Production ladder at Leo Burnett since 2008. I have a degree in Interdisciplinary Film Studies, have worn every hat there is to wear on a set since 1998, and even taught video production for a few years. One of my personalities worked on a huge CMS site migration for GM in the last year; the other produced a reality television show pilot that's currently in post production. Neither of them got much sleep.

I have a history of gravitating toward leadership opportunities. From being one of the youngest Stage Managers in my high school’s history to being Student Director of PV/SOS, a student run volunteer group I was a part of when I was at Wayne State University. From being a “Mentor” when I worked at Mongolian Barbecue during my college years to currently leading this team of producers and project managers at Leo Burnett. I never stop reading about leadership and management, improving and honing this particular skillset.

I'm highly knowledgeable with Macintosh applications and computers. I am always interested in learning about new ways to use my knowledge in a collaborative, creative, and profitable way.

Education is a keystone in my family. I'm passionate about learning and academia. I'd be delighted to learn new software as a project dictates.
