Thanks for your quick response….my video files are 1920×1080 59fps .mp4 I am rendering to 720p 29fps….I tried the blend and progressive, but it was the same…its only when I shift the camera around a bit…it looks like ghosting or blurry…should I record in 720p to match render settings? I also tried to remove smart resampling..it helps a bit but i never had to do it before….im so sigh..im so confused already….bit of a noob here…Jason

Great info…I am having the same issues…when I followed your steps it asked to save and I hit yes but it says it cannot save file do you want to change the name? Thanks so much for all your help…any ideas on this?
