Yea…the fact that I see an anchor point icon, but no bound box says to me that it is a point size issue…check the scale of the layer too, I can only make my comp look like that if I scale layer to 0.

I think you are referring to the RCA jacks on the box.

I’m talking about an OSX software internal selection in system preferences to choose Kona as an output device…

Well…based on my setup and concerns (buzzing in my audio that I hear ALL day long) I would like the option. The Matrox DOES have an internal card that mounts inside…so that point is moot, I would guess that they could include that capability.

Just my opinion…I’m full of them! 🙂

Text color is the SAME as background!?!?!

My money is on that…

Turn on transparency…see if you can see it then.

MXO2 with Max = 1995 (google price search – B&H)

AJA Kona LHe = 1295 (B&H)

Kona is an option in your system pref’s from the mac menu as an audio output option – headphones – line out – digital out – Kona is there as well. (from the research I’ve done) Apparently Black Magic supports output of the audio from the MacPro as well.

Matrox doesn’t.

Use After Effects or Motion.

I hate … HATE… FCP’s keyframe editor. I haven’t learned motion yet, but from what I’ve read and understand, keyframing in FCP should be a last resort. It’s horrible.

No…

Balanced audio from the MacPro. Internet, music, desktop audio.

I’m taking that to a mixer as well…but it’s not balanced and there is a buzz in my audio (it’s minor, but there)

This post is not referring to Final Cut at all…just put it in here because I did a lot of research on whether to get Matrox or Kona…and I found a good reason to choose Kona over Matrox. – Balanced audio from MacPro.

Make sense?
