    Did you happen to get the answer to this? If not, I found out why mine wasn’t working

    Turn off Enable Missing Glyph Protection.

    Edit > Preferences > Type.

    Remove the check mark for Enable Missing Glyph Protection.

    Works fine for me now 🙂
