    Flash Settings-
    Compression: Animation
    Depth: Millions of Colors+
    Quality: Best
    Frame Rate: 25
    Key Frame Rate: 10

    FCP Settings-
    Almost exactly the same settings as above.

    By timeline do you mean like NTSC or PAL?
    If so, I’m using NTSC.
